Counselling Sessions:
- I charge a rate of £55 per 50 minute session
- In-person/Online/Telephone sessions are charged at the same rate
Initial Assessment Session:
- Assessment sessions are charged at £35 – assessment sessions are 50 minutes long
- Please note – I require this to be paid in advance of the assessment session
Longer/Shorter Sessions:
- Although it is common practice for sessions to be 50 minutes, I am happy to offer pre-agreed pro rata rates for shorter/longer sessions
- For example £35 per 30 minute session or £95 for a 90 minute session
- Please note that all assessment sessions are 50 minutes long
Free Initial Phone Call:
- I offer a free 15 minute consultation over the phone if you have any questions about me or my practice prior to any paid work thereafter
Long/short term sessions:
- I work in both long term and short term formats. You are welcome to work with me for as many or as few sessions as you would like. This can be decided at the outset of our work or on a week-by-week basis
Block Booked Discounts:
I believe that any Counselling should be undertaken with a Counsellor that you feel comfortable with – that is why I offer a discounted assessment session rate of £35. This is with the intent of offering a chance for us to get to know one another, for you to hear more about my way of working and my practice, and for you to get a sense of whether or not I am the Counsellor that you would like to work with.
After meeting with me for the assessment session, or at any point during our work together thereafter, I offer a discounted rate if you block book in with me in advance.
After the assessment session you can:
- Book in for one session at a time at a charge of £55 per session
- Block book in for 5 sessions at a charge of £50 per session (£250 total)
- Block book in for 10 sessions at a charge of £45 per session (£450 total)
Please note that all block booking payments are non-refundable

Student or Trainee Counsellor Discounts
